Bilco Bats Warranty

Before any bat leaves our building we thoroughly check all of our bats for cracks, imperfections, and unsightly grains, but sometimes a piece of wood can be defective internally so our warranty covers structural defects for up to 30 days after the bat has been purchased.

We cannot, however, offer a warranty for mishits or misuse. This includes hitting the ball outside of the hitting area, hitting on the back or front side of the bat, hitting anything other than real baseballs, or slamming the bat on any surface. 

How to Claim a Warranty

If you feel that your bat has broken as a result of a manufacturing defect (and not a result of the above conditions), feel free to contact us via email at bilcobatsinfo@gmail.com.  You can either send us the bat for inspection (shipping paid for by customer) or provide us with detailed images of the bat and we will go from there. If the bat is in fact defective, we will cover it under our warranty.
