From the moment I first swung a bat as a child, I was captivated by the sport of baseball. Growing up in a blue-collar neighborhood in South San Francisco, my weekends were filled with community sports and supportive parents cheering us on. Playing competitive league baseball from the age of seven, I developed a deep love for the game that stayed with me throughout my life.

My passion for baseball led me across the country to play D1 ball at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Competing at this level not only honed my skills but also fostered lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories. It was also during this time that I met my wife, Hollie. Together, we've built a beautiful life in the mountains of North Carolina, raising our three daughters and two English bulldogs.

With over 20 years of experience in my family business, B&L Commercial Seating, where we manufacture custom furniture, I've learned the importance of quality materials and craftsmanship. This expertise naturally extended to my passion for baseball, leading to the creation of Bilco Bats.

At Bilco Bats, we are dedicated to producing the highest quality wooden bats using premium materials from the Northeast USA, including maple, birch, and ash wood billets. Each bat is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, customizable with top-quality paint and laser engraving to reflect your team, hometown, or personal style.

My journey from South City to the mountains of North Carolina is a testament to the values instilled in me from a young age.
